I would like to recognize Erika, the DON at Arabella Grandbay, for her outstanding leadership and care. She is an excellent nurse who consistently demonstrates strong clinical skills and true compassion for both residents and staff. Erika is fair in her decision-making, treats everyone with respect, and always strives to do what is right. She is also teachable and open-minded, willing to listen, learn, and grow right alongside her team. Arabella Grandbay is truly fortunate to have her.
