Grateful for Greenridge! They are caring for my Mom who has advanced dementia. Like all elder-care facilities, there has been some reorganization and changes in staffing, but I'm seeing improvement there. The existing staff has adjusted their level of care to accommodate the decline of her condition. I visit a lot! I know that the caregivers from the facility, primary care and hospice groups are attentive and kind. They have built a relationship with my mom, even though she has limited capabilities. She is given dignity and respect. Open communication between me and staff!

Rapid decline after management changed. The director resigned and now it’s a revolving door of managers. The result is poor to little care, a filthy and smelly facility that now houses unkempt and unbathed patients. The aids are kind, but overwhelmed with no supervision. Meal times are pure chaos and the tables, chairs, and floors have old food stuck on them. This used to be a wonderful and well-run home. It no longer is, and I can no longer recommend it.

The care staff, laundry, and qmap staff is amazing with my mom. Front desk staff is awesome and the activities director is so so kind to the residents. Management is iffy, at best. Will keep doing our best and hopefully won’t lose any more dentures

I feel the need to change my review. The management has changed and the results are a poorly run facility with unmanaged care aids. Upon my most recent visit, mom smelled and her bedroom was dirty, smelling of urine. This is while the care aids are sitting, eating, and on their phones. Their response is that they are ‘short’. We used to see the former managers visible and monitoring, and, yes, helping. This is not the case now, and I don’t think they care.<br>Greenridge, please do better. Anthem, what happened here?
