This place is terrible my sis was there and omg is all I have to say some of the things I saw and heard I told them my sis will never come here again never they need to be shut down that's how bad it is if u have any fam6there get the out of them or have the. Transferred some place else

I do not recommend you send your loved ones here. I hit the nurse call button, then set my timer to see when someone would come to turn it off, only because my mother had lots of complaints, that being one. 45 minutes later I went to the station to let them know that the bell was me. Her insurance was wasted on services she didn’t receive. And she never saw a doctor. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Hate that I even have to give one star to even leave this review but this place is absolutely disgusting!!!! They have bedbugs there is mold growing in the bathrooms the ceilings have water damage everywhere also having bags over windows. This place is totally broken down and needs to shut down. Also the staff aren’t even the best either ignoring everyone. I feel so bad for those that have to stay here.

My mother is here and every time I've spoken with her she begins to tell me how many times she rings her bell for assistant and nobody will come help her. She's expressed to me that a doctor hasn't seen her in over 6 months, she's bed written and 100% relying on oxygen and it would be hard for a state transport or else I'd already have her moved closer to me and in a better place. Hopefully these aids step up and start paying attention just a bit more.

I have to put at least 1 star to write a review....BUT ZERO STARS TO THIS PLACE ....staff lacks any respect for residents...I came to visit my client and they couldn't even find her when I arrived. A coworker came to visit again on clients birthday and the staff member tossed the cake and food that was brought for the client in the trash. She was verbally and mentally abused.. terrible place I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here.
