Greenbrier nursing and rehab is the best! All the staff is extremely kind and caring! Everyone goes above and beyond for the residents! I will always recommend!

Resident passed away this morning. Staff on hand for the hall didn’t check on the resident, body was cold for hours. There’s three check and changes a night. A staff member that clocks in at 11, doesn’t do their first round until 2, skipping their 4 o’clock round and does their 5:30 round, absolutely pathetic. You let a resident pass away, cold, and you never checked on him. Absolutely stop bringing your loved ones here. After he passed, the residents clothes got thrown away, had no family. This place is terrible, please. Keep your family members safe.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Greenbrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. My sister is currently there for rehab after breaking her leg, and the care she’s receiving has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment she arrived, the staff has treated her with compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. The nurses are attentive and responsive, always making sure she’s comfortable and well cared for. The therapy team has been incredible—encouraging her, pushing her in the best way, and helping her regain strength and confidence every single day. What stands out most is the heart of the people who work there. They don’t just do their jobs—they truly care. That kind of dedication makes all the difference when your loved one is healing and vulnerable. Our family is so grateful for the amazing team at Greenbrier. Thank you for taking such great care of my sister and giving us peace of mind during this recovery journey.

As a retired Little Rock firefighter of 31 years I have made countless rescues to area nursing homes and conducted many inspections of nursing home facilities. In addition my dad spent the last two years of his life in a nursing home in another city. Never have I seen a facility that compares to Greenbrier Nursing and Rehabilitation. My mom has now resided there for over a year. I am there almost every day. The level of care and concern for the residents is amazing. Every employee that I've met is kind, courteous and warm. From the floor nurses to the Director of Nursing's office each person has been exemplary. Front office folks like Stacey, Terri, Tori and Shannon provide a level of skill, compassion and charisma that instills confidence and peace of mind. I could literally list another twenty names of employees who are very special. My wife and I are forever grateful to all of the staff.

Negative two stars. DO NOT BRING FAMILY HERE!! This facility is honestly terrible. Nurses sleep on the job. Hang out at nurses station on their phones. Some even SMELL like ALCOHOL ON THE JOB.!! THE RESIDENTS DO NOT GET MEDICINE THEY’RE NEEDED BECAUSE THEY ARE LEFT IN MED CARTS, exposed. Staff members come in late, over half an hour. Vape in the rooms!! Or sometimes left alone on their halls. Many falls happen at night and is not safe! Many get UTI’s from not having water. Rooms don’t get cleaned like they’re supposed to. Leaving food and other unknown substances on their wheelchairs, up to days. This is coming from a personal standpoint, please, look into other nursing homes that are safe and staff- friendly!
