The veiw on the facility is beautiful The temperature is quite different the air feels clean not dusty, relaxing, quite. I would say well worth it, but the problem with the bees and wasp on the outside of the building should be Evaluated and taking care of before it gets to bad. After a visit in the facility and having to drive to find another spot to park. NOT only should the residents be safe so should the visitor some people are Allergic to bees and wasps. I saw a dead bee inside the building on the window sill.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone because they are lazy and don’t want to do there job and don’t follow doctors or PT orders. My husband was sent to this facility to help him get back on his feet after a stroke that was all wrong with him. My husband arrived on 1/27/26 and by 3/7/2026 my husband was almost died when I arrived. This man went just strengthening his legs to fighting for his life. They were not getting him up everyday, they were not changing him regularly, they were not answering his calls button. My husband developed a huge bed score, dehydrated, poor wound care, a bad infection and he became septic and almost died. If you LOVE Your Love Ones DON’T send them to Green Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation, location 10200 LaPlata Road. They have changed names four times already I didn’t find that out until after my husband was there. The PT staff was great and I owe my husband life to JR and the Lord for being observant and calling me when he was breathing shallow. When the day staff never informed me of anything. Trish

They kinked the hose in her oxygen tube and I fixed it only to come back the next day and find it kinked again. My wife was deprived of the proper amount of oxygen for at least one full day, most likely more. Their so-called physical therapy is a joke at best. She needed her leg muscles improved so she could walk and got very little. DON'T PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.

Pretty sure my sister got sepsis from this spot. Staff is rude. And I'm 98% sure the reviews are either paid or fake posted by the employees. Be wary of them if your loved ones "falls out the bed" and ends up in the hospital. Definitely don't recommend.

The care given to my mom the two years she's been there been outstanding. They have taken good care of my mom Pattie Deshields health needs. My mom will be 90 years old soon and I am happy to say we are Blessed.
