Good day.

I would like to raise a concern regarding a recent phone interaction with your office on April 2, 2026, at approximately 4:15 PM.

I called to inquire if I could leave a message for a social worker. However, the staff member who answered the phone declined immediately and stated, “No, we don’t do that. We are not old school—that is why we have voicemail.” The tone and manner of the response came across as dismissive and unaccommodating.

While I understand that voicemail systems are in place, my intention was to ensure that an important message would reach the appropriate person promptly. A more professional and courteous response, or an offer to assist in an alternative way, would have been greatly appreciated.

Customer service plays a vital role in communication, especially in healthcare settings. I respectfully suggest reinforcing customer service standards to ensure that all callers are treated with professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to assist.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.
