I have 2 elderly parents one of which is in nursing care! I have had to move my mom several times. Finally we found Grayling Nursing and Rehab. They were simply amazing!! All of the staff cared for not only my mother but the rest of the family. The staff took the time to explain all of the elder care laws to me in great detail. The building is clean and the staff is fantastic I just can't say enough about the amazing staff and facility!!! Thank you to GNR for making us all feel at home.

The staff was very rude. They took my p.o.a. and my dad's d.n.r. away. Everybody told me they couldn't do that but they did and was very rude about it.they wouldn't call me about nothing and they was making his decisions. I am calling DHS today on them.also I had to go to Pennsylvania for a family emergency and the day after I got there my dad called and said he was being released the next day.so I had to leave and come back.and all they had to do was call me and lete know when he was getting out but they never called once about anything. For this place being a 3.3 star place is because of the staff.

Very disappointed. Food like prison food. Am diabetic and continually receive sugary foods. If need to use bathroom comode am left waiting for someone to help. Should not chrg patients so much for such lousy nursing care. ***however one bright star to mention is Jenna. She is a wonderful nurse/assistant. She deserves to be brought front and center and to be thanked for wonderful service***

Grayling Nursing and Rehab took excellent care of my mother. I found the staff caring and compassionate. They were always willing to help with any concerns I had about her care. Placing her in a nursing home when I couldn't take care of her anymore was extremely difficult. This facility gave me peace of mind.

Absolutely despicable! Stopped in to see my old client today and his treatment is beyond ridiculous! He was in the dining hall eating lunch. His oxygen wasn’t on right, they didn’t give him a napkin or bib so he had food all over himself and no way to wipe it up. The staff was rude. One of the kitchen attendants came and picked up 2 other plates on his table , looked right at him and saw he obviously needed a napkin or something to wipe his hands face and shirt off.. But did not say a word to him! It took me 3 different people to finally get a wet wash cloth to wipe his face and hands! There was also a couple other people in the same condition at another table..These are people, human beings! Not animals!! Would you want your loved one or yourself treated like this??
