I’d like to say that I reviewed everything possible about home care agencies. Instead I just took a chance. Perhaps we got lucky, but more likely Grandma’s Choice is a professional & caring agency that wants to care for my loved one as though they were family. They were attentive, responsive, respectful, and a wealth of ideas in the care they provided. I would recommend them to anybody looking for home care services. When a problem arose they solved it within hours rather than days. For the time needed we were our family.

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I post this review for Grandma’s Choice In Home Care. This agency has been a lifesaver in providing post surgery care for my adult daughter who lives alone in a state different from my location. From my initial phone contact and throughout the entire period of care, Grandma’s Choice was friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. One thing that really impressed me was that they did not bombard me with emails and phone calls to sign me up for care as did many of the other larger agencies. Shirleen and Ashley made the process smooth and stress free. Communication through emails and phone calls was excellent, consistent and always prompt. This is a wonderful agency owned and managed by kind, compassionate, dedicated people. I would highly recommend Grandma’s Choice and definitely use them again for any future in home care needs.

I called and had a lot of questions. A lot! I still don't know exactly what I am going to need as I prepare for what is to come. What I do know is that I found at least two decent humans who were willing to sit and listen. To my concerns. My complaints. My grief. And my distress. All of it was done with the care that I would expect from a 100 year organization. Thank you Shirleen and Ashley both for being patient, perceptive and knowledgeable. I wasn't at my best, but you were.

I’m scheduled for in home care for after surgery. I’m so impressed by the quality of dedication and professionalism including wonderful communication and leadership. It has been a journey just to prepare for surgery and every ounce of kindness is appreciated. I go in for Total Hip Replacement tomorrow and if I get a chance to do an update on the care team I will provide an honest assessment.
