I have lived here since 2015. I’m still excited to be a part of this great community every day. Since we retired here they have maintained and updated the facilities so it continues to look great and gives you that, “Wow, what a beautiful place to live.” feeling every day. To add to the experience, the community has expanded its social activities and features almost 300 events each month. They even added fish to the local pond and allow fishing events. All the maintenance services are included in the HOA fee and you can spend your time enjoying life and not wasting your time on activities that are just not worth it anymore like mowing and snow shoveling. If you’re looking for a 55+ community, you can’t do better than this one.

Really nice place. My parents have lived here for years now. I'm so glad they moved here. They had nothing to do where they used to live. They have made great friends and are always doing something with the community. Grandkid time in the pool is a family favorite too!

I arrived in 2016 and have fallen in love with our spacious grounds, great neighbors, wonderful staff members, excellent facilities and amazingly wide variety of activities (some more active than others). And I especially love the sand hill cranes that stop over spring and fall.

I have lived here for a year now. The HOA fees are very reasonable, includes yard, landscaping and snow removal. Great Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pool, Fitness room, Tennis courts and more. Outstanding and friendly staff. There are activities and events all the time. When I see these people who complain and do not live here have no idea what they are talking about,
