Currently, I am a resident and my experience living at Tranquillity Estates has been nothing short of wonderful! What really has impressed me, is the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I also like the fact that I don't have to do laundry, cleaning or cooking, it's done for each and every resident here. What's exciting too is all the activities offered including off site adventures and that transportation is provided as well. So, if you're looking for a nice place to retire and meet great people, stop by anytime, they will even treat you to lunch.

Tranquility Estates is a absolutely wonderful facility! They are an independent living community but as my father became more frail, and less independent, the entire staff went out of their way, seeing to his care and comfort with love and compassion! I highly recommend Tranquility Estates to anyone looking to move into an independent living community! If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would!

My mother lived here from Aug 2018 - Aug 2022. In my opinion, this is the best choice for independent senior living in Genesee county. Tranquility offers all the perks of quality meals and services in a stunningly elegant setting. The medical care is contracted through Absolute Care. They are not employed by Tranquility. Sometimes a few communication gaps between Absolute Care and Tranquility’s Management can cause a hiccup. But, Absolute Care is a good company with compassionate employees, and it’s good they are a part of this facility. I would say the same for almost every employee of Tranquility Estates. They are caring, kind and understanding of the needs of the elderly. The Director, Jan is a good person, patient and concerned for the residents at Tranquility. Christine, the Activities Director is a gem. One thing to keep in mind: this facility is not an Assisted Living building. If you’re looking for comprehensive medical care, this isn’t it. If your loved one simply needs a safe place with a staff that will watch out for them and pass meds, Tranquillity is perfect. This is INDEPENDENT senior living with great perks!

My Grandmother is in her 90’s and enjoys living here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to her needs. There’s always planned activities and some form of entertainment for all the residents. They even have day trips and go on short excursions. My grandmother interacts with other seniors and has made several friends. The building is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is like family!

Very attractive facility with high ceilings in the rooms, excellent food, good parking. They contract out most of their resident services so a lot of variation in service quality and a high turnover of help. There were three different directors in the 1.5 years my father lived there and a revolving door of resident support people. The front desk is frequently left unattended. Inconsistent room cleaning in both frequency and level of cleanliness but overall facility is always clean.
