Everyone has been extremely kind and respectful to my Grandma! The facility is very clean! There is a lot for the residents to do(a movie theater, salon, bingo, not to mention the festivities put on around holidays). Its a place that genuinely cares about the patients/residents!

My mom entered Grand Oaks skilled nursing in March 2026 after a hospital stay. We were all scared and worried as we watched mom lose the independence she has cherished her whole life. We were greeted with love, respect, and professionalism from the whole staff. Michelle and Nichole and Kim answered all of our questions. Teresa scheduled transport and was SO thorough with all needs. Nurses Mari and Melanee are loving and patient. Bertie in activities made sure mom was included in every activity. The CRN nursing students were adorable and would brush her hair and do cute hair styles. PT team was fantastic! We have grown to love Grand oaks. I would recommend to all!!!! They are angels roaming the earth!

This place is amazing, from the moment you walk in people are friendly and helpful. The staff is amazing. I’m glad I chose grand oaks for my mother’s care. Highly recommend it.

The care center is really a nice place. People were nice and if felt my Aunt was getting good care. The only concern was her room is at the end of the building and her food was very cold and she couldn't eat her meal.

Your facilty was very clean and comforting. The staff was very helpful and very caring. Our David's needs neant alot to the staff and they showed that their very loving towards there care for The Residents in Grand Oaks🥰😍😇😇❤️❤️🙏🙏
