I can't express enough how impressed I am with Tulare Healthcare and Wellness Center! We’ve had a family member staying here since 2023, and the changes made by the new management over the past couple of months have been remarkable! The staff here have always been caring, but now we can see a new level of energy and engagement. They are truly going the extra mile to ensure everyone under their care feels valued and comfortable, my family member has become so much more engaged with the staff and has really blossomed socially since being under their care. The facility itself feels more welcoming, the common areas are always clean, and the grounds around the building are maintained beautifully. It's clear that the staff is committed to creating a supportive, caring, and joyful environment not only for our families, but for us as well. The management’s dedication and vision has transformed Tulare Healthcare and Wellness Center into a shining example of what assisted living should be! If you're looking for a place that prioritizes the well being and happiness of your family, we can’t recommend Tulare Health and Rehabilitation enough!

As both a nurse and a granddaughter, I was really impressed with the care my grandpa received at Tulare Healthcare and Wellness Center . The staff were kind, attentive, and professional, and it was clear they truly cared about him as a person. They always took the time to answer our questions and kept us informed if anything changed with his care, which meant a lot to our whole family. The rehab team was wonderful too, encouraging my grandpa to make progress while still being patient and supportive. The facility is clean, welcoming, and gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. From both a family and professional perspective, I feel confident recommending Tulare Healthcare and Wellness Center to anyone looking for skilled nursing or rehab services.

The staff here are extremely nice and polite. I love how they made my grandpa feel comfortable. He’s been there for about 2 months and he always hated the thought of places like this but the moment he got there the staff have been nothing but nice to him he’s told me. I haven’t been able to learn their names yet but everyone there is so friendly. My grandpa likes to have his chocolate milk with his meals and they make sure to prep his nesquik for him.he even got them used to saying god bless you before he goes to bed haha. I really appreciate you all for the job you guys do!

The staff has been very helpful in dealing with hubby's healthcare issues. The aides are very friendly and totally compassionate towards their patients. The therapy staff is also very attentive to the needs of their patients. The facility is always clean and decorated nicely. I enjoy walking in everyday and being greeted with a smile. Tulare Healthcare and Wellness has been my number one choice for my hubby's medical and therapy needs. Thank you for the continued care you give to us and others.
