If I could give zero starts I would and this place needs to be shut down because the staff here is extremely rude and don’t want bother helping anyone, the halls smell like pee when you walk around and for the receptionist to be whispering to me “ask Jessica about my sisters care plan” must seem like they’re afraid of her or something. Jessica who works here is extremely rude all she does is roll her eyes like she has no respect and talk with an attitude this facility needs to do better with its staffing choice.

I recently had been searching for a facility for my father and this one was close to home, so I decided to visit a couple days ago. When I walked in there was a resident with an African accent, clearly off her meds yelling at a staff member in the hallway. The staff member closed the door and didn't take the resident back to their room. I don't know if my father would be safe at this facility. I immediately left!

After visiting my grandfather multiple times I've become extremely concerned about his care. Most recently I arrived in the afternoon on a weekday and noticed my grandfather was in a diaper so wet that I could have rung it out myself, and had sheets that clearly had not been changed in days! I proceeded to the nurse's station where multiple nurses were sitting around talking, laughing, and eating peanuts. After expressing my concern, I was met with attitude and statements like "he must have just woken up," by a few nurses, including one named Kiki, who didn't seem to speak much English; there was a huge language barrier. A little later I spoke with the Director of Nurses Tony Brewer who was very defensive and combative about my concerns, acting as if I were exaggerating. It's clear they have a huge lack of respect for the residents and their families, and they are very dismissive. Getting a family member into a nursing home and squaring away all state requirements for their care is hard enough; I shouldn't have to worry about the lack of his care. I will soon be looking for a new nursing home! In addition I’ll be contacting the state to investigate the entire nursing home if these are the employees they are choosing to hire!
