Grace River Pines is a beautiful facility inside an out, but the hearts of their staff inside is what makes them the Best. The nurses, cnas, therapy staff, dietary, housekeeping and their managers are all committed to delivering excellent care and outcomes. Keep up the great work ❤️

Staff working out of their scope of practice with no supervision. No RN on site every time I went to see my aunt. Medications weren’t given correctly

I've never seen such a disorganized home. Tell workers my Dad needs to go to the bathroom and they walk right out of the room like they didn't hear me. Many things happen like this that I've seen here. Working our hardest to find him a different place. I hope I never end up in a place like this sometime, it's clean and new, that's all they have going for them. Sad
