Grace Court

Grace Court Apartments is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors ages 62 and older, located in suburban Philadelphia's Delaware County near Penn Pines Park in Yeadon, Pennsylvania.

The community offers 100 studio and one-bedroom apartments equipped with energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. A medical screening room is available for visiting doctors and health care workers. The location is close to Mercy Catholic Medical Center's Mercy Fitzgerald Campus.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment and cover registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Residents must sign a non-smoking agreement and undertake that neither they nor their guests will smoke in apartments or anywhere else on the property.
