This was several years ago but the reason I won’t consider them now is the way they treated my mother and I when I was trying to find quality memory care for her. They did schedule a visit but when it came time to apply they would not return my calls and refused to give us the time of day. I ran into the then admissions person at an Alzheimer’s walk at Otsingo I asked her why no one was getting back to me she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. It embarrassed me and broke my heart for my mom as she couldn’t understand why she wasn’t good enough.

I have been trying to call admissions for two days to get information. Who answered refers me to admissions. I leave a message, to call me back and no one does. Costumer service and response are very low. I done trying at the facility.

New additions and renovations currently going on. The apartments are updated and decorations throughout the building are tasteful. Meals are tasty!

The Village at Endwell is an immaculate facility. The staff take pride in their work and there are so many options for senior living from the cottages, to assisted living, to the skilled nursing facility. There are lots of activities, a great library, pool, fitness center, and dining area to eat. It is beautiful here and I love it. The fees cover all kinds of things such as housekeeping, interior & exterior maintenance, meal allowances, cable/utilities, and more. So glad I came here.
