Good Shepherd Lutheran Home is an assisted living, memory care, and long-term care community in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. Housing options include rental two-bedroom patio homes for adults age 55 and older providing privacy without homeowner responsibilities, market-rate one- and two-bedroom apartments for age 55 and older with amenities and meal options, and HUD-subsidized one- and two-bedroom apartments with income-based rent for adults age 62 and older or those age 18 and older requiring mobility features. The community also provides Medicare-certified home health care services to support older adults in their own homes.
