Everyone did such a GREAT job during the pandemic, it was a job I could be proud of. A super team.

Terribly understaffed. Cold food hot, hot food cold. Lacking necessary equipment for rehabilitation care. Stay was lengthed due to previous listed areas.

My mom was just there for a short while, but the nurses and staff were very caring and professional. Kim, Crystal and Danielle were very compassionate and involved with my mom’s care. Kim went above and beyond to help my mom when I couldn’t be there. A big , sincere thank you to the nurses and staff at Good Shepherd.
