Nice place ppl seem friendly and caring my great aunt has been there for about seven years or so and when she first went I saw her and was like oh this place is okay and over the last several years or so it has formed into a very beautiful place and seems very so much more like a beautiful retirement home to look forward to instead of just a nursing home or a place ppl go it floors are so pretty and look amazing and the set up they have going in there feels so warm and cozy and comfortable a place to be Rather than go to just to pass away or for rehab it feels like a place anyone would love to call home if need be

I am a resident at Autumnwood Nursing Facility. I have been here for almost two years. I have many medical issues and I never thought I could live in a place like this. To my surprise I am more than satisfied. I live on the 200 hall. Day shift Misty is my nurse and 2nd shift Danielle is my nurse. I never have to worry about anything happening to me with these two nurses. They can look at you and know something is wrong before you do. My nurses are both excellent and amazing at their job and they are very personable. At this time in my life I have no plan of leaving this Facility. I am happy and feel very safe.<br>Both of my nurses deserve a medal for all of the extra work they put in.<br>Thank you, Sincerely, Lori Ann Kiesel

There are some amazing nurses at this facility. But one nurse who sticks out is Kortney Heminger! She will get you laughing by her jokes and by her all types of music she blurts out!

Couldn’t ask for a better night shift team to work with, Kortney, Beth Tammie, Brianna, and Amanda are just a few of the workers that go above and beyond to make sure their residents and employees are taken care of! Truly an amazing team to work with!
