This place is a hell hole. Did post operation rehabilitation here and didn't get a bit of rest. Older/hard of hearing residents constantly played their tv loud after 10 pm and many night nurses did little about it. My insurance ain't paying for me to wait until after 1 am for peace and quiet to sleep and to heal and then be awaken at 6 am to start the day. Also, my food was often late and cold and the nurses are slow to respond to the call button. I get that you're short staff but when it's a bathroom emergency and it takes 20 minutes for the nurse to arrive to help you then it's time to stop with the excuses and time to do better.

Luther manor has a long way to go to be good. The food they serve isn't fit for a dog and the care they receive is just as atrocious.

I received post surgical rehab at Luther Manor. I had great care from a wonderful staff. I would recommend this facility!
