My mother moved into the Good Sam last fall and has had a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that the staff provides every single day. The team is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. They take the time to know each person individually and always go above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, respected, and valued.<br>The facility is clean, welcoming, and well maintained, and the activities and social opportunities help residents stay engaged and happy. Communication with families is excellent, which brings so much peace of mind. It's clear that this is a place where people genuinely care, and that makes all the difference. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and loving assisted living community.

I'm a professional conservator, and I chose Good Samaritan because they provide all levels of service - from apartments for those who can live independently, to assisted living services as aging residents need more help. This range of services permits aging residents with increasing disabilities to maintain the important friendships with other residents as well as continuity of care with the same residential service providers.

Our mother has been at Good Samaritan - Heritage Grove for a little over a year. She was a little reluctant at first, but after only a week she reported that she 'loves it here!'. The staff is awesome. Very courteous and caring. Willing to do whatever is needed for the comfort of the residents. Mom is able to be independent in her 1-bedroom apartment, but is still able to take part in the many activities that they have. We have peace of mind knowing that the staff is checking on her and are available anytime with her alert device. I would recommend HG to anyone looking for a retirement community.

Good Sam offers a nice option to living alone for elderly. Nice apartments with full staff, nursing, meals and more. They create a friendly environment with the residents who seem to all become friends at shared meals. 24 call button for emergency's, worry free for family. Busing to stores and appointments. We've been very happy with their care.
