The nursing staff, pt, ot, dietary, and Tony from maintenance but especially the CNAs are very special here. They put hard work into myself and the people they care for! Michelle the floor nurse is exceptional for recognizing my blood sugar trends!

We are very pleased with the Forest City Good Sam and one special Nurse by the name of Tarron has been amazing helping us to adjust to some some changes that are needed to be made for our mother. We are extremely grateful for her assistance.

My mother was in there for awhile. Never saw a doctor. Physical therapy was supposed to come twice a week sometimes didn't even come at all. That is what she was there for. They take so long to respond when you need help. Then some of her stuff started disappearing don't know what happened to it. I asked they claimed they didn't know what happened or where it was. I really don't believe that. Don't put any family member there. I don't think they really care about residents just themselves. Go anywhere but there. She is doing much better at home then she did there. STAY AWAY

It's a nursing home. They seem to take good care of people, my grandfather in included.
