Don't really know because no one ever answers the phone was supposed to be contacted by a nurse to have my son evaluated was contacted once before Thanksgiving ,never heard nothing again so if your trying to become your child's caregiver and are serious try elsewhere because they don't seem to care enough to even answer the phone and when they do it some rude snobby lady
