Often, caretakers do not show when the call light is pressed (durations of 1-2 hours) and not checked on without the button often enough for the needs my family member has. This is the only medical facility I've been to that has felt gross. The halls smell terrible, like dog food stored in a dirty sock for a week. The halls are very noisy and make visits stressful. Everything looks worn out and old in the care room. Do not submit your family here!

The people her are caring and very helpful . Accomodations are what I need at this moment . Pt nurses are very good at there job .

Wheelchairs are unsafe. I broke my arm while getting into one. They also lost partial and never replaced them as they promised they would. Some CNA’s are in need of refresher training. When I have to tell a CNA how to safely do their job, they are in wrong business. As for the meals, most I couldn’t eat. One night when I removed the cover there was a grey slimy stuff in the lid that had been on top of salad. For a replacement dinner that night I got a dry sandwich with thin slices of cheese and meat. I finally got fed at 8:30 when everyone was fed at 7. I had nothing else until nine the next morning.If I could leave a lower reviewI would.

This place is not where you want your loved one at. One they do not communicate their rules and everything with you. 2 they try to treat your loved one like a prisoner. If your told they are a veteran with PTSD then you don't trigger someone with it. I felt the social services and nurses( all of them, LVN, RNs, and therapists) are all unprofessional. You do not touch it take property that is not yours and you all before hand. I'm getting my dad out of here. I honestly feel for these patients. This place is ran like an asylum. Be aware. The DR their told my dad that he's already dead then. That is so unprofessional and disrespectful to someone whose trying to better themselves by going to your fake physical therapy. This is a scam place!!!!!!!

Staff was very nice and helpful, well stocked
