My husband just returned home from an 18 day stay at Golden San Andreas Care Center. His care was outstanding! The place is well staffed. Everyone is very friendly and upbeat. The food was excellent and very nutritious. The therapy he received was done with kindness and professionalism. I would like to personally thank a few members of the team whose names I actually learned. Rita in Social Services was wonderful in answering all of my questions and for providing my husband with a detailed plan of care while there and for him to go home with. Amy and her staff in PT were great in getting my husband's strength and mobility going again. Alex a nurse and Graceland a care giver with a big friendly smile are among many others that facilitated 24/7 excellent care. My husband progressed with leaps and bounds in this warm and hospitable setting. Thank you to the entire staff at Golden San Andreas Care Center.

Worst experience ever, majority of staff was ok but Social Worker (Rita) was so rude and complaining about how there so under staffed , I was supposed to be out of here Monday here it is Tuesday and She told me to kick Rocks she might get me discharged Wednesday but I could leave today but I would not have my prescribed meds (Oh Boy).

My dad stated here after several bouts in the hospital and another rehab facility. He loved it here! The staff were kind, caring and really worked with him to regain his strength. The facility was clean and smelled nice. We played Bingo together one Friday afternoon and had an amazing time. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and care.

I have nothing but praise for my stay at Golden San Andreas Care Center. The facility is very clean. The nurses always made you feel like you really matter. They made sure if there was anything you needed they were there to help you. They tree aged you more like a friend than just a patient. I was there for rehabilitation to her strong. The therapy department is excellent. The staff was beyond great. They always went out of their way to help me. They not only made therapy helpful and productive but fun also. My day and night care were excellent. They helped me with all my needs. There was never a problem helping me with me diaper change day OE night. I actually had mixed feelings about leaving. I really like where I live but if I had no place to go I would have liked to stay there. I was very happy there. Thank you so much for making my stay so great. Everyone was SO nice.

My grandma has been at this facility for just over a week. The change in her recovery has been amazing. She feels great and has wonderful care she is engaging in activities and has met some wonderful residents. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and has the food she prefers. They assist with appointments and communicate with all the family. We couldn’t be happier with this facility.
