Hired specifically to provide in-home care to elder with dementia. Multiple caregivers had no training or knowledge of dementia and quit on short notice, citing normal dementia behaviors. Caregivers engaged in harmful and unethical behavior towards client. Your loved ones are not safe to be alone with their staff.

This agency neither requires nor provides caregivers with any training. Caregivers are incapable of basic caregiving duties with patients with anything less than perfect cognitive function, and have acted in unethical and dangerous ways. Please, for the sake of your loved one, find another agency.

Poor service, they are unprofessional and not good for the job, i had to call off work because of no show no call and late all the time, my mom is 81 and have dementia and i will never trust this agency again, very poor service
