My Mom Blanche 89 years old was at Golden Gate receiving rehabilitation after falling and breaking her hip in February. She was there for 100 days; and from day one the care she received was exceptional! The staff was amazing from the Head Administration walking the building looking in on their patients as well as Joel helping with any insurance issues and rectifying them in a timely manner. A big shout out to Aides especially Rosa, Gwen and Monica; they were all gentle, kind and always reassured her that she was going to get well. They treated her like family and that eased our minds that when we went home she was in good hands. Their support was amazing! Her nurse Lori always had a smile and kind words when interacting with my Mom. Danielle the wound nurse treated her with the utmost care always updating us with her progress. Beverly the Supervising Nurse always took care of things if we had a question or a concern. Dr. Ripoll had a gentle caring nature when dealing with her patients. She listened to her needs and was her cheerleader when she was down. The Physical Therapy Department, Danny, Nellie and Fenny had patience working with her and always pushed her to do more encouraging her along the way each and every day. Pablo her transport to PT showed up every day with his big smile always happy to see her. My husband and I were there everyday, and this staff became our second family. I highly recommend this rehabilitation facility. Jodi & Peter LoBello

My Sister had an excellent experience at Golden Gate Rehab Center. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff is extremely accommodating, attentive, and always willing to help with any needs or concerns. The Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physical Therapy (PT) teams are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about each patient's progress and recovery. Their encouragement and personalized approach made a significant difference in my rehabilitation journey. I highly recommend Golden Gate Rehab Center to anyone looking for quality care, a clean environment, and a dedicated team of therapists and staff.

I recently stayed at Golden Gate Nursing Home for rehab from a total hip replacement surgery. I am glad that I made the right choice. Many thanks to the amazing administrator, Mr. Yehuda Hoffner. Under his leadership and assistance, I got all medical help and care I needed. In the meantime, I would like to express my deepest thanks to the entire team there, from the nursing, physical therapy staff (specifically Monica, Mina and Joe) and the aides (specifically Nadine and Sharon). They are helpful, friendly and professional. Their patience and warmth made a real difference in my quality of life there.

Golden Gate took care of my mom, twice, after two separate Medicare post-acute skilled rehabilitation needs. The facility was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location (outside parking) was convenient. The staff physician was caring and helpful to my parents. The administrator, Yehuda, went above and beyond helping my dad when my mom had a couple of hospital visits interrupting her care. Those issues had nothing to do with Golden Gate, rather respiratory infections from the nature of the beast. The dietician was great. She helped adjust meals that were appropriate for my mother. Golden Gate was also very good with visitors. My family had no issues visiting. The front desk was very accommodating. They know how operate a facility.
