My client, Mrs. Penny, is an amazing lady and I truly love working with her. We spend our days doing many fun activities together. We cook meals, play cards, and visit Mr. Edward. She has such a kind and positive spirit, and we really enjoy each other’s company. We complement each other very well and make a great team. It’s always a pleasure spending time with her. I also want to say how wonderful the Golden Years agency is. The staff are very supportive and caring. Jessica and Danielle are especially amazing—they are always helpful, kind, and ready to support whenever needed. It really makes a big difference working with such a great team. I truly appreciate the support and the positive environment they create. 😊

I don't appreciate white meat chicken I love plain whit rice, not the rice that is served with the meals. I supplement my meals with bottles of ensure & boodter

Golden Years is truly the best job I’ve ever had. I can honestly say they treat me like family. I genuinely look forward to coming to work each day because the environment is positive, supportive, and fun. I love what I do, and interacting with seniors makes my heart melt. I’ve built strong, meaningful relationships with caregivers, and the owners and management truly value my time just as much as I value theirs. The positive feedback and encouragement I receive mean so much to me, and it makes me feel appreciated and motivated. Our initial contact with Golden Years was very relaxed and made my sister feel that Golden Yars genuinely care about here welfare. We selected Golden Years over several other service providers because of their family feeling. Our initial meeting and follow-up document signing meetings went were great with Darcy answering all questions with patience and clarity. Lyra and the rest of the front office staff have been very helpful as well. Britney, my sisters ongoing provider, was terrific. I am not sure Golden Years could have found a better match. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Golden Year......
