My overall experience at Glenview Terrace was a very good one.The staff are friendly and accommodating, most notably Marvin.

Fern, the concierge, is an exceptional person going above and beyond what might be expected. She made sure the staff was taking care of all my needs, and if needed took care of the problem herself, making sure the facility runs like a well oiled machine.

I received wonderful care for over 70 days while there. The p/t was great, my only thought was to have it longer than 35 min per day. My CNA’s were the kindest, most pleasant people. The CN’s were knowledgeable and professional. The Head of the Kitchen tried very hard to help with my dietary needs, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, I would highly recommend. I felt very well taken care of.
