Our family has had a wonderful experience at this rehab center. Gregory has been an incredible source of support throughout my mom’s stay. He is always available to answer our questions and address any concerns, and his kindness and professionalism have made a difficult time much easier. The nursing staff has also been amazing. They are caring, patient, and always willing to help. They never make my mom feel like she’s a burden when she needs assistance, and that means so much to our family. We especially want to recognize Maxine for the exceptional care she provides. She is attentive, compassionate, and always makes sure my mom’s needs are met. Finally, the therapy team has been outstanding. They are encouraging, motivating, and continue to push my mom to do her best during therapy while cheering her on every step of the way. We truly appreciate the care, compassion, and dedication shown by everyone here. Thank you for making such a positive difference in my mom’s recovery.

Glen Island Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation truly stands out because of the people who work there. In an industry where staff turnover can often be high, the facility has a dedicated team with many familiar faces who have been caring for residents for years. The nurses, therapists, aides, housekeeping, and administrative staff are all incredibly friendly, compassionate, and committed to their work. It is clear that they care deeply and perform their jobs with their hearts. The facility is fully renovated, modern, clean, and welcoming. The rooms and common areas provide a comfortable environment, and the rehabilitation gym is equipped with brand new, state of the art physical therapy equipment designed to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence. The rehabilitation environment is also very positive. Many patients are there for short term rehabilitation after a surgery, illness, or injury, with the goal of getting stronger and returning home. The patients are often motivated, friendly, and focused on their recovery, creating an uplifting atmosphere throughout the facility. Glen Island Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation offers a combination of compassionate staff, a beautiful modern setting, and excellent rehabilitation services, making it an outstanding choice for anyone in need of short term rehabilitation or long term care.

I want to say this place is amazing. It is always very clean and the staff are very nice. I want to give a big thank you to the patient advocate Antonia. She is so sweet and she always tries to help the patients everyday . Also, the physical therapists here are great especially Christian. My uncle really enjoys the bbqs that they have every wednesday for the patients outside on the patio. If I could give this place ten stars I would.
