During a very emotional and challenging time, they provided not only professional care but also reassurance and guidance every step of the way. Beena was truly exceptional. She made herself available 24 hours a day and always took the time to patiently talk us through any questions or concerns we had regarding my father-in-law’s condition. Knowing we could reach her at any time gave our family tremendous peace of mind. As my father-in-law’s needs changed, they were proactive in helping us arrange additional services quickly and seamlessly. My Dad had Heart Surgery a few months ago. We had several home health services to choose from and I am so glad we went with Genuine Home Health. Beena has been amazing from the start. She put together a great team to help take care of Dad. From Felix with Physical Therapy to Crystal with Occupational Therapy to Gail that comes in to aide with tasks. Everyone has been amazing. They have all treated my Dad with the utmost respect and dignity. I have nothing but praise and gratitude. Will recommend to everyone I know that need these type of services. Genuine Healthcare has been amazing. Beginning with their Head Nurse, Beena George, who is competent, compassionate and knowledgeable in assessing the needs of the patient. And she is a great “matchmaker” in finding just the right therapists for the unique needs and personality of the patient.

This is the best home health company my mother has had. Beena and Tanequa are very attentive, excellent nurses. The physical therapist Walter and AJ were great! My Mom loved working with AJ and looked forward to his visits. They all treated her wonderfully like a person not just a patient! Highly, highly recommend!

We have had a great experience with Genuine Home Health Services. My mother-in-law needed PT and they were out quickly. Shrillis the therapist is skilled and caring. Mom loved her. Beena who is in charge is a wonderful Nurse and is very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and is a wealth of knowledge. They were always prompt and stayed in communication. I highly recommend them and their services.
