The workers and staff are friendly, but they do not have enough staff to cover when an aid is out. My mothers aid is going to be out for over a week ,and when asked for a another aid to fill in ,I was told she would try. I was told they had I believe 4 aids out because of other things. Well guess what nope no fill in, so I am assuming when aids go an vacation there won't be a fill in. They need to hire more people because the people they're taking care of have hired them for a reason. I would recommend asking any place ,and make sure they have coverage.

This is the worst home care company in Randolph county!! It doesn't even deserve one star! My brother is paralyzed and he was with caps but had to switch to this company, they hardly have anybody who shows up on time to do the job, they even have people who do NOT show up!! But yet they still have their job and don't get in trouble. The CNAs they send out sit around on their phone and doesn't do their job. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!
