This ORGANIZATION is nothing but thieves to start with.. My aunt who was like a mother to me was my life. I took care of her AT HOME for many years. WE traveled, visited friends and relatives and had a great time. 3 years back at age 100 she fell trying to transfer to her chair while I was in the bedroom getting dressed and broke her hip. :( Long story short she went through a 4 hour surgery with flying colors .!! She was sent to Genesis for physicL therapy which should have only been a 4 to 6 week stay. These so called THERAPISTS never made her do her therapy so she absolutely gave up walking! Long story short...she ended up having to live there and when she passed from covid at age 102 they never administered ANY PAIN NEDS THAT the physician and I spoke about as she suffered immensely in pain as she was dieing. This facility sent me threatebeunf letters 4x "a werk"!! Demanding that I personally pay them an additional 100 dollars a month, of my own money ...on top of the full social security benefits medicaid and Medicare they were ALREADY STEALI G OF HERS!! WHY DHOULD I PAY OUT OF POCKET WHEN I AM NOT THE ONE LIVING THERE!!????. I SPOKE to Medicare and they literally freaked out telling me u shod NOT have to pay them a single red penny as they were already covering EVERYTHING for my aunt and they were livid to hear this! So ultimately when she passed away they stold her 36,0000.00 life insurance, all CD's, life savings, and ALL OF IT ...leaving me absolutely NOT ONE PENNY TO BURY MY AUNT AS SHE STILL SITS TODAY AT THE LOCAL FUNERQL HOME! .THESE PEOPLE ARE WORSE than that even as the facts are deeper. I am in a huge legal battle right now ..but the worst was finding out with the pain she was enduring they never administered not one single dose of liquid pain meds to relieve the pain as she suffered!
