I just tried to call the SNF part of this operation. The young woman that picked up the phone said she could not hear me. She said "one moment" then hung up. I tried to call back but she let it go to fax. Is this how they treat family members? I would not choose this place if the people answering the phones can't be bothered to help family. Where there is smoke, there is fire. I suspect a lot more is neglected.

I would give 10 stars if possible! I visit often and it is always clean and well staffed. My family members are well cared for and loved, and they are happy. 🙂 Everyone who works there, no matter their position, is helpful and kind and takes the time to truly know the families. I highly recommend The Gardens. It is such a big decision and my family and I are so happy we choose The Gardens at Tavares.
