We've only been living here for a short time. But, so far, the apartment is comfortable, the food is wonderful, the people are fun, and the pool is enchanting with its waterfall and lights from the two story windows. We're really loving it!

My 97 year old mom was a resident in the Independent community for about 6 years. She enjoyed her time there very much. The staff is fantastic. There is always someone at the front desk who is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. It has been an ideal spot for my mom to spend this season of her life. I am very appreciative of the staff there. Also, the residents are wonderful friendly people!!! Mark, the director, will go out of his way to find solutions and make seemingly impossible situations work out. He is a very nice, caring person! Thank you to the staff and residents that made my mom's time there so special.

Our tour was informative and enjoyable. Mark and Julia were very knowledgeable and so positive about working with the elderly and keeping residents as independent as possible. We are anxious for our family nember to move in and begin experiencing all the activities Garden Villas offers.... and that's an amazing list everyday. We feel lucky that a two bedroom was available and it seemed so perfect for our family member.

Father lives in memory care at Garden Villas. He is treated with love, respect and joy. He has been happy there. The staff is outstanding. Nursing is beyond caring and on top of every issue. The living conditions a super clean, smells good and residents are kept looking nice. Happy wonderful place

When it became apparent that it was not feasible to stay in our home after my husband's dementia diagnosis we started to look for a retirement community where my husband would be safe and we would thrive. After several months of searching it became apparent that Garden Villas of Lenexa was the place for us. The administrator was kind and helpful and went out of his way to find us just the right apartment in independent living. We had a large dog and the administrator Mark was so accommodating. We immediately felt at home. We have lived here for almost a year now and are fully ensconced in this small, intimate community . Mark continues to listen to our needs and honor any requests as best he can. You will never be bored here as there is always a daily activity planned for any of the residents who choose to participate. The activities director is always busy planning the next outing or holiday event and they never disappoint! If you are looking for a smaller retirement community with friendly residents and wonderful staff consider Garden Villas of Lenexa. You won't be sorry!
