Not a good way to start my moms residency there... first off you have your cook answering phones and when I ask for my mother, his response is,"you have the wrong number." And as I was trying to explain she just moved there he had already hung up, I called two more times with no one answering and of course staff making excuses for the cook. Wrong person to make excuses with.. I'm a mental health practitioner and ran a number of adult foster homes. If a cook is not familiarized on a residents treatment plan he should not be intacting unless its to bring food Two. SHIFT EXCHANGE, each shift the shift lead goes over anything new, med changes, new intakes, and the list goes on.... SO.... making a bullcrap excuse for an incompetent employee doesn't make you a good person... IT MAKES YOU A LIABILITY. And if I were the GM or manager of this region... you'd be gone so fast to prevent the company from a catastrophic lawsuit.
