lacks customer service, nonaccomodating,and like a police state at.osphere. A ids don't want to do anything and fight you every step of t he way to get basic care that is covered by our money. these people don't no anything about how to run a business and treat customers. they don't respect your feelings either.

The rehab team is great to work with and the stff is nice. They treat you with respect. If I need a skilled rehab nursing facility again, I will come back.

1 of THE WORST FACILITIES! Front is filthy walking in, horrible smells throughout the facility, terrible care/food, falls, call bells unanswered, rooms dirty, patients allowed 1 cup per day...Should I continue? I see my other comment from when my Aunt was here a few years ago was deleted. I was there recently visiting my friend's Mom & nothing's changed. Please visit daily to see for yourself. Prayers for the patients & their families.

I was here 21 days rehabbing from a brain aneurysm/brain surgery. The level of care is top notch, the staff is attentive and supportive. I spent a lot of time in occupational, physical and speech/memory therapy. Urcilia, Grace, Ed, Jenna, Rosita worked very hard with me to get me prepared to go home. I’m thankful for their diligence and care. To all the nurses, CNA’s on the 3rd floor thank you all so much for taking care of me!

Poor Customer Service. Receptionist doesn't greet you. You have to keep asking for instructions (sign in, where's the elevators, patient room number etc.). The smell of the facility. No one seems friendly or show any remorse for the patients. Lack of communication. To this day NO ONE has introduced their self to me and regarding my moms care plan. The GNA Shannon has been amazing. She shows that she cares about her patients but one of the nurses on the third floor...terrible attitude. This place deserves O stars.
