This place needs love and care I have been told the house has no toilet paper no food some of the patients haven’t been fed the person ik doesn’t want to quit cause she knows they are taken care of when she is there it is so sad they have only frozen food a lot of people don’t have teeth so the food being bought they can’t eat it it’s a horrible place for any family member to be placed there we are contacting corporate office something needs done and workers need UA managers don’t return calls for emergency calls we are reporting to correct facilities I would never put my loved one here I’ve been told and read this place keeps opening up Under different names the person ik takes such good care of the clients and they tell her everything that happens when she is not there

I recently visited my family member and they shared a disappointing experience with staff member Kayla/ Kayleigh I don’t know the staff members name. They felt unwelcome and mentioned Kayleigh seemed unhappy and unfriendly. I hope the team can work on providing a more positive experience for visitors.

This facility had been amazing to my family, as they are always very welcoming, and professional. I would also like to highlight the maintenance supervisor Dom, as he is always very attentive to our needs, and takes pride in getting the work done quick and efficiently. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!

Fun, loving, caring staff, weather it's end of life or assisted living, or more hands on. They live and care for their residents and make them feel like family.

There are a total of 4 units, all adjecent to each other, and connected through a court yard. Before putting your family member here, please do your homework and then redo it again. Looks are very deceiving. It would appear to be a nice place to put your loved one in. However, this place is run by mostly poorly trained staff up to including administration staff. There are more bad caregivers than there are good, unfortunately. A family member of mine has almost died on 3 occasions due the negligence and abandonment of the staff by going missing in the middle of the night, failing to respond to the room bell alarm going off and then this place does all they can to cover up their wrong doings. They have corrupt staff that violate their own code of ethics and are unprofessional. I thought this facility would be good for my mother in law however they have miserably failed. It's very scary to know that they violate RCWS every day and conduct illegal business and activities sickens me. Again please folks save yourself a mess and possibly your own family members' lives by avoiding this place. They need to do a major overhaul of the admin staff down to the underperforming caregivers. I can only count on one hand the number of quality caregivers that I have met. Hopefully this helps.
