We ate at the restaurant, Cherry Street Bistro, at Friendsview Retirement Community with mixed results. The pasta salad was great and the meatloaf, too. The Mushroom Stew wasn’t great. It was served on a pile of mashed yams. Same with the meatloaf. Those sweet potatoes did not go with the savory meat nor mushrooms. AND, they wouldn’t take our dinner order at 4:15pm-not until 4:30pm. Ridiculous! Very prescribed times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We want to support this restaurant and may try lunch another time. We do wish them well.
