The worst place to go to rehab. Zero air conditioning, the flys were so bad. I never had an even warm meal as every meal arrived cold which was disgusting. Extremely poor nurses and assistance. I left after five days never once sleeping in the antique bed in my room. The health department should shut the place down.

I'm putting 4 stars since there's obviously things that could be improved no matter where you go but this was a fairly nice place. The director of nurses Donna said a few not so kind remarks that could have been much much more sensitive so I didn't really like that but the LPN Karen was super helpful and accommodating and always worked very hard to make sure everything was being done and that my father was being taken care of. She was definitely the one who went above and beyond and made a difference ! Thank you for caring for my dad frazee care center and thank you so much for being so sweet and helpful Karen and compensating for Donna. Overall I would recommend the place and if you stop in make sure Karen especially is looking after your loved one. The rest of the staff were nice as well including everyone in all the therapies !
