I believe every Assistant Living Faculty has issues. With new Management, new staff at Diamond Willow they are becoming the #1 Memory Care Unit in Detroit Lakes. Our Mother is adjusting well, she loves the crafting days, the staff, the food, watching the wildlife. Yes she has issues, she brings those up to family, we get on it, than Staff gets it figured out. She says "I have a roof over my head, good food, and bed what more do I need".

The staff at Diamond willow did a wonderful job meeting the needs of my grandmother at the end of her journey, they all went above and beyond to provide her the care she needed. The staff of Diamond Willow need to be treated with respect and appreciated for the work they do. I've noticed that they seem under a lot of pressure from upper management. corporate needs to help and support their staff not over work them to the point of burn out.
