I love the people of Franklin . My room is wonderful, I have it decorated to my taste. The staff is friendly and helpful, although turnover is frequent. The dining room has cloth tablecloths and flowers. Food is fair, but I've had worse. The main thing I love is that I finally have peace. Ps I have seen NO bugs

Not pleased with the service and how they respond to concerns. I have had several concerns and the responses have been unprofessional. They have also recently switched many things without a transition plan that would make sure the residents were taken care of, I hope that this rating can change in the future.

Brunch is supposed to be served at around 10:30A and dinner around 4 to 5p. Lately brunch comes at 11:30 to 12p. Then dinner comes before 4p. So by the time the residents have Brunch/Breakfast dinner is arriving and there not hungry . But the biggest problem I have is that there is no Emergency plan in place nor is there a backup generator when the power goes out that will run the entire building, this really does concern me. And don't leave at the end of the day when the office closes, check on all of the residents to make sure there okay when the lights are out.

If you move here, be ready to not be able to get the providers you choose, like your own Visiting Physician and skilled home health services as they only allow their own. If you have been receiving services from your trusted people, they will not allow that in here. They will send you people who they want only. So PREJUDICE!!!

Great Staff, Great Location, Great Price! I have worked with a majority of the Assisted Living facilities in Oakland County. Franklin Terrace is one of my favorites due to the kind staff, strong level of care provided and the economical pricing. I recommend them regularly.
