My father in law had a stage 4 bed sore. He was not turned to prevent this from happening. They just complained that he was not doing his PT like he should. He had them all over his feet and the worst one was on his butt. He talked about them putting him in the wheelchair and not checking on him for 5-6 hours later. He never had water in his room ever. Never once did anyone come to check one him when we were there.Please don't put any loved one in this this terrible place. I would rate this place a negative 10 but it will not let you

Please don't send your family here! I was there less than 5 hours and my son came and got me to save my life- i cannot walk without support and no walker was provided nor a wheelchair. I was placed in a shared room without being consulted, and my roommate had been laying in her poop for 5 hours, and no one would help her. People go here to die!

Please bear with me as I'll be leaving a lengthy detailed review of this establishment soon as I've delt with this place twice now in two years. For the interim I'll say this: if you're debating placing your loved one here consider this, if they can somewhat care for themselves (ie walk) and need minimal assistance you might be ok as this place can be somewhat convenient to you (access, hours visiting etc including dogs) but if your loved one is in bad shape and needs good medical attention; you'll fair greatly if you struggle thru locating a much better place even if you must drive much further. Please trust me on this, I'm not a ranting type of person and I'm a professional myself and have many details to offer here soon. Just beware, everyone here will tell you exactly what you want to hear, but that's the extent of their mentality and training apparently, believe me! The Dr pulled from a bucket of Drs visits once a week and will not contact you no matter how often you demand or expect them to. PS the food is all processed and horrible and so far I've seen no evidence of a customized dietary plan being handed out. Maybe it exists, but not for my dearly loved one who needs a proper diet IN A BAD WAY 3 weeks ago. Thanks for reading I'll be back.

The staff is negligent and does not care for their patients. They leave patients unattended for hours. For instance, one lady, who can’t walk on her own, was left in soaked undergarments for multiple hours. The staff even went as far as to put TWO adult diapers on her and both were soaked through. She has been found by family with multiple bed sores for being left in the bed for so long. She has been found naked in her bed and cold with no way to cover up or get herself dressed. She has been left in her bed in her own feces all over her. Every time the family goes to visit her they discover something else. This place needs to do better! I would advise everyone to stay away from this horrible place.

This place has went down. Nurses have a rude attitude. Housekeeping has slipped drastically. There was once a housekeeper named Sharon, she was the best. You could tell she truly cared about her job, now Housekeeping just walks fast but nothing ever really gets clean.
