Lisa West was an excellent and very consistent OT. She was always sweet and on time. She was patient with my aunt. Her attitude and work ethic is top tier. We truly enjoyed her presence.

Staff lie and don’t fulfill promises or even listen to you especially physical therapy. Falsely accuse you of things you did not do. They were my home health care agency last fall & did the same things during that time also. Stated both times I didn’t know what my referral said & was going to refer me to another home healthcare company and I tried to tell her they didn’t do anymore home health care and my insurance company as well as calling the place confirmed I was starting the correct information. This therapist seems to me she has let her license go to her head & she knows more than the doctor knows and how my body feels to me. Also she seems to know more about what my insurance company covers even if I have the coverage for this year with me and tried to show this to the therapist what it says in my policy about home health. Since there wasn’t star ratings to give this agency a minus 10 rating, I used the lowest star you have, but I don’t recommend this agency to anyone!!!

Brookdale is by far the best home health care I have ever received. This includes the RN, CNA and the OT and PT. Thanks, Shanti, Aneesah, Lisa and Chrisea!
