I recently spent 13 days in the hospital with Acute Respiratory Failure. Upon my discharge the Franciscans were to provide me with some PCA. (Personal Care Assistant) home care that is. Sister Gilda came to my house and we signed a contract for a couple of days a week. When it came time for the PCA to come as stated in the contract nobody showed up. I called them to see what happened. I was told they would look into it and call me.back. They never even returned the call. What kind of organization does that to its clients?
