We moved our mom into Foxtail on the memory care side. She was there for about 8 months before she fell, broke her femur, and passed away 2 days later. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. However, my mom passed and we cleared her room out the next day, on the first of the month. They charge you for 15 days of the room rate, over $2000, while they clean the carpets and “check” to make sure everything is good. So, no matter what, prepare to be charged for 15 days of room rent, regardless of how quickly you clear out your loved one’s belongings. You won’t get your deposit back, regardless of how clean you leave the room, because this just applies toward your 15 day death rate. It’s a joke! Where else do you get charged rent for a space that you have vacated and left spotless? Where else charges you 15 days of rent while they clean and get it ready for the next tenant? Please be aware of this before moving your loved one in. The staff is nice. The owner is greedy and insensitive.

It has been really amazing to work with the staff at Foxtail. From my first exploratory visit to the final move-in details, everyone has been friendly, helpful and kind. I have put away many of the worries I had moving mom into assisted living. She is happier healthier and re-engaged in her life. I couldn't be more relieved.<br>Thank you to Holly and the entire team for all the help!

My mom was here for 1.5 years before she completed her course with joy. Her dementia was diagnosed after my dad died and progressed rapidly over the course of 1.5 years. She was in assisted living and memory care at Foxtail. The staff was kind and professional. They always went out of their way to help or answer any questions. I even remember having a conversation with one staff member (sorry, I forgot her name) that this work was her mission in life and that she took so much satisfaction in her job that she would do it for free (kidding of course). When I got a call from hospice that my mom's time was never, I distinctly remember walking into her room and seeing the hospice nurse and a staff member just setting and holding my mom's hand. That meant so much to me that someone was with her until I could get there.

My sister lives here. Everyone is very nice, they keep everyone and everything nice and clean, food is great. Lots of activities. I visit twice a week.

if i could give a review with zero stars, i would. the staff here are extremely unprofessional and will gossip about your loved ones or other coworkers in a fit of spite. the staff are severely overworked and underpaid for the amount of work they have to keep up with. its extremely overpriced for the lackluster quality of work produced. and, it’s more than likely that another resident will pick fights with your loved ones, since it’s impossible for 1-2 staff to keep a line of sight on 24+ residents at a time. if you’re in search for assisted living services, do your research and don’t bring your loved ones here.
