Called for abuse and neglect the hr person was rude and disrespectful she then told me when I was trying to explain I was freaking out because I have physiological issues she told me good ! Rudest facility everywhere!

We are so glad that there was room for Mom at Ashley Manor! Located perfectly for our family visits, we are able to drop in any time! We know and love all of the caregivers and feel confident that Mom is receiving kind, compassionate and consistent care by women who really love the community they are caring for. It’s not anyone’s dream to need Ashley Manor for a loved one, but since the nightmare of dementia became our reality, our local Ashley Manor, managed by Crystal Hernandez, is a dream come true. I’m including a couple of photos of our Independence Day party/lunch. Crystal makes it feel like home and we are able to continue some of Mom’s favorite traditions in a place where she is safe! It means so much to us!
