When I started looking for a care home for my mother I had no idea what I was doing. I knew I wanted a private room and a small facility that would treat her like family and not a nursing home where she was just one of many patients. I looked online at several locations that did not have wheelchair accessible facilities before calling Fortress for a visit. As soon as I got there I knew this was where I wanted my mom to be. The quiet setting, the cats and chickens in the backyard, the family atmosphere, it was all just right and made me feel so welcome. I moved my mom in and Tabita, her family and her employees all were wonderful and caring towards my mother who at times can be a little grumpy. I knew she was safe, fed and cared for, and I wouldn't have to constantly worry about her anymore. The private room allowed her some continued privacy when she wanted to be alone and she never had to worry about making herself meals or getting the supplies she needed. My mom finally started getting outside and getting the social interaction that she had been missing to make the last months of her life less lonely. I would not hesitate to go live there myself if I needed the care, or have any of my loved ones stay there.

I recommend this Fortress Living Care Home because, there is no other place in the world as this. The most professional services, and personnel available in the state of Arkansas. One on one, care 24-7. It's amazing to see the staff, in action. This is the place where love and care is found. I have never seen such a amazing management, of a facility as here. Personnel and staff, works with the upmost respect and love. State certified personnel. Made me cry, to see, the love they have for the elderly. The music, is amazing. The food is home made, customized for every individual. The only thing I can say is, Thank You and keep up the great work!!! The place is a big blessing. The staff is the sweetest people in the world.

I highly recommend Fortress Living Care Home, and I consider it as the best nursing home care there is in Hot Springs to say the least!<br>When placing a loved one in a home care, it’s important to have the peace of mind knowing that your loved one is cared for with compassion, right?! Fortress Living offers a family-like environment filled with compassion, dignity, and respect and their team always go above and beyond for their residents.<br>I love to see how the Residents are well cared for. The meals are home cooked, activities are based on each individual need, such a walk in the yard, or fishing in the pond, or painting or singing with the chapelans, or just admiring the horse or the ducks in the yard. And on top of all, you get skilled and licensed professionals to care for your family! ❤️
