My mother was at this facility for many years before the current administration took over. I could not praise it enough for its service at that time. However the current administrator is not user-friendly, cut programs and staff that were important to the residents and for me specifically broke an agreement to notify me when I could pick up my mothers belongings after the Covid crisis died down. At the time my mother left the facility we were unable to have movers go in. Despite my calls and letters the administrator never responded to me and I subsequently found out she got rid of all the belongings that we left. While I understand that the Covid shut down has caused various problems at facilities such as Garrett Manor there is simply no excuse for broken promises and a failure to respond to my letters or calls. The staff are wonderful and always do the best they can but the tone set at the top at this facility is certainly not one that my mother or her friends appreciated .

A little Slice of Heaven and well-organized plenty of parking facilities seem to be in order very well kept manicured landscape I know a lot of professional healthcare workers that Rave about this place so I will defer to him when it comes to matters like this they usually steer you in the right direction I can't wait to be near retirement age so I can kick back early Mills have a senior discount stole the grandkids Etc
