Greetings, my name is Allen Roney. I'm kindly submitting this review regarding the staff and services of "Forest Hill, Health & Rehabilitation. For approximately two and half years, my mother has resided at Forest Hill Health & Rehabilitation receiving what I consider as optimal physical and mental health care, and treatment services, provided by a team of excellent staff; consisting of professional nursing care, treatment staff, case management, recreational staff and counselors. During each of my visits to Forest Hill Health & Rehabilitation facility, I'm presented with a clean, safe, sanitized, and organized enviornment. I want to extend my sincere thanks and appreciations to the administration staff for the assitance they've provided me over these past years, including an extra sincere thanks to "Ms. Monica Parker," who has been extremely helpful, with providing me with knowledge, insight and education, in regards to maintaining compliance of my mother's medicade services and other health services. In conclusuion, when I began this journey of seeking out the best care facility for my mother; that one person I love most. I can truly say, the right decision was made with her becoming a resident at Forest Hill Health &Rehabilitation. I sincerely extend thanks to all staff for their daily professional provision of care and services. Your dedciation, professionalism and wholesome ethics are truly recognized and highly appreciated.

I know somebody who personally stayed here as a patient and this facility allowed her bags to explode on her multiple times and then told her that they didn't have anymore so they didn't know what they were going to do.............. I don't care if a place is understaffed, that's not how you treat people that you care for. If you don't like that job then you shouldn't be working there....... The patient I'm speaking of was also sick literally like the entire time she stayed there, it was absolutely horrible. The care here is unbefitting of any caregiver or any medical professional personnel that I've ever seen............. They didn't even clean her room the entire time she was there and she's autoimmune and immune compromised. If that doesn't tell you how seriously they don't take their jobs I don't know what will. * They asked for more feedback by email or phone call, so I emailed them they same day they commented on this post and I've NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE SINCE..........THIS FACILITY IS A JOKE. My sister had to call 911 herself to leave this place because she was so sick neglected here, and was taken to the er and readmitted to the hospital with an infection she caught at their facility that they didn't even notice or treat her for....... When she asked one of the nurses to call, the nurse said and I quote, "I can't, my phone is dead." Why is her dead phone the only one in the facility supposedly.......why couldn't she call from my sister's room phone or another facility phone.!? These people severely lack common sense and human decency.

We were happy with the care provided recently for my husband for over three weeks. The facility was very clean. The staff was pleasant and kind. The administration was accessible. The nurse practitioner, the physical therapists, and the wound care nurse were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am in the healthcare field and definitely recommend the facility and staff to others needing care. Thank you.

Forest Hill has come along way and the handwork of the staff , nurses , therapy, social services, and all the other departments have not gone unnoticed. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I even love the physical improvements happening to the building and the positive changes. This building has made a full turn around and now is becoming a great asset to this community,

I must say that this facility has made a full circle improvement and they are still making changes to give the residents the best care possible. I have been here for 5 months and have noticed the difference. The nurses and cna's are caring and attentive. I have even heard the residents say that they love all the changes that were made and they are very pleased. Oh not to forget the entire state of the art gorgeous rehab unit which is located on the other side of the building. Everything on the unit is modern and brand new. If you don't believe me come see for yourself. If you need rehabilitation come to forest Hill. We would Love to take care of you.
